Finally An Update

It's been a little bit since I posted last, but a lot has been going on! I hope to add to the blog and update a couple times a week.

Right before our engagement pictures, I posted that I found my dress and bought it from another girl online. When it finally arrived, I realized I had been scammed. It was the right dress, but not the size she told me and there were a multitude of things wrong. At this point I won't even go into detail. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and got my money back, thank goodness!

I did find another one, and it is more expensive, but paying a couple hundred dollars more to make sure it's right is fine with me.

Tim, Jane and I all went up to Windermere Golf Club on Sunday, March 8th because they were having a bridal showcase that day and would have some of their food and beverages showcased. I am so glad we went because the food was excellent and made me that much more excited about our upcoming wedding. While we were up that way, we also scouted out possible hotel locations for guests, etc. I will keep you posted on the hotels we choose.

I found my shoes to go with my dress as well, and of course, there was "drama" involved. I found them on www.endless.com . I found them while surfing the net at work (I know, I should have been working) and thought that I would buy them the next day. Well of course, I went back and they were gone! I panicked,and spent TWO hours surfing the net trying to find these shoes and NO ONE had them..NO ONE. So I went back to endless and signed up for them to email me if that shoe came back in stock in my size and about 2 weeks later they did! I was so excited and bought them immediately. They are gorgeous and I can't wait to wear them!
